As we all know, COVID-19 has created a lot of uncertainty. Because this is a new virus and information is still changing, everyone wants to take necessary precautions to avoid situations that may put individuals at a higher risk of catching and or passing the virus to others (especially those in more vulnerable groups). To avoid possible transmission of the virus, Perrywood’s office will be closed to foot traffic for visitors and homeowners until further notice. Vendors and Mail Carriers will be allowed to access the office for deliveries.
Homeowners may continue to contact the office, Monday – Friday, between 9am – 5pm by calling (301) 390-3373 and/or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to an Order issued by Governor Hogan, all recreational facilities will be closed to all homeowners and residents. Our primary priority is to protect the health of all Perrywood homeowners and residents and to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus throughout our community.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
